Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. (16 oz. size) sour cream
    1 box frozen chopped spinach
    1/2 c. Miracle Whip
    2 pkg. Lipton vegetable dry soup mix
Preparation
    Defrost and drain spinach, blot with paper towels to absorb excess moisture.
    Stir all ingredients together in mixing bowl. Refrigerate covered bowl overnight.
    Excellent served with fresh, raw vegetables (carrot sticks, celery sticks, broccoli, cauliflower, cucumber slices).
    Also excellent filling for baked potatoes.
