Santa Fe Appetizer - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sour cream
1 8 oz. jar salsa
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 medium chopped tomatoes
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped black olives
Tortilla chips
Preparation

Blend cream cheese & sour cream in a bowl. Spread evenly in shallow serving platter. Spread salsa over top to within 1 in. of edge. Sprinkle cheddar cheese around edge of platter. Sprinkle tomatoes, green pepper, onion & olives in bull's eye pattern over cream cheese layer. Chill until serving time. Serve with tortilla chips.
