Easy Cherry Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. drained tart cherries, reserve 1/2 c. juice
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. shortening
6 Tbsp. milk
sugar and cinnamon to sprinkle on top
Preparation

Combine 3/4 cup sugar, cornstarch and 1/2 cup reserved cherry juice in saucepan; heat until it becomes bubbly and thickened. Mix in cherries and place in casserole pan.
