Tagliarini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger meat
1 medium onion
1 large can tomato sauce
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 large can pitted ripe olives or 3 small cans, chopped
1 lb. Cheddar cheese
1 green pepper
1 tsp. chili powder
1 pkg. wide noodles
Preparation

Chop the pepper and onion.
Brown in olive oil.
Add the hamburger and brown. Add chili powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Add tomato sauce.
Cook the noodles according to package directions. Combine noodles, corn and meat mixture.
Chop olives into small pieces and add to mixture. Save a few whole olives for top.
Grate cheese and sprinkle on top.
(I mix at least half of the cheese in with the meat mixture.)
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Turn oven off and let casserole remain in oven for 15 minutes before serving.
Serves 8.
