Chicken Teriyaki - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 whole chicken breasts, split in half
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. dry sherry
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 garlic clove, chopped
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation

Arrange chicken, skin side up, in a single layer in a shallow dish.
Combine soy sauce, sherry, sugar, garlic and ginger; pour over chicken.
Marinate in refrigerator, turning once or twice, for 2 hours.
