Sausage Rice Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1 small onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
3 cans dark red kidney beans
1 qt. tomatoes
1/2 large can V-8 juice
1 to 1 1/2 c. cooked rice
Preparation

Brown sausage, onion, pepper and celery.
Drain. Add kidney beans, tomatoes, juice and cooked rice.
Let simmer.
