Charcoal Grilled Swordfish(Mediterranean Style) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. olive oil
    juice of 1 lemon
    2 Tbsp. basil
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1 tsp. black pepper
    4 cloves garlic, minced
Preparation
    Make a marinade of ingredients.
    Wipe steaks with marinade. Let them soak 2 to 3 hours refrigerated or 45 minutes at room temperature.
    Turn several times to make sure steaks are well coated.
    Cook about 4 inches above coals for 5 to 6 minutes. Turn; baste and cook another 4 to 5 minutes.
    Baste again with pastry brush before removing from grill.
