Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, cut up
1 can celery soup
1 can mushroom soup
1 can (large) Pet milk
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 1/2 c. rice (not Minute rice)
Preparation

Soak rice overnight. Mix soups and milk. Put rice in bottom of large baking dish. Pour enough soup mixture to moisten rice. Place chicken over rice and pour remaining soup over chicken parts. Sprinkle onion soup over top. Cover with foil. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 2
to 2 1/2 hours.
