Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. soft shortening
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 c. fresh, frozen or canned blueberries
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients; stir in shortening, egg and milk just until blended.
Fold in berries last.
Fill greased or paper lined muffin pan 2/3 full.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Do not overbake.
