Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. liquid corn oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
3 c. cubed raw apples
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream oil, sugar and eggs.
Add as much flour as you can.
Add vanilla and apples.
Add rest of flour and nuts.
Bake in angel food cake pan (do not grease pan) at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
