Chocolate Wacky Cake(No Eggs) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cocoa powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. vinegar
2/3 c. oil
2 c. water

Preparation

Sift first 5 ingredients. Add vanilla, vinegar and oil.
Pour water over top and stir quickly. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes. Cool and dust with confectioners sugar sifted over a doily stencil. Remove stencil. Enjoy the pattern on your cake.
