Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. oleo
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. flour
    4 large eggs
Preparation
    In medium saucepan, place water, oleo and salt.
    Bring to a boil.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in flour all at once; beat well until mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
    Cool for 1 minute, add eggs one at a time, beating well.
    Mixture should be smooth and glossy.
    Make 1 1/2-inch mounds on greased baking sheet, 2 inches apart.
    Bake 15 minutes at 450\u00b0.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and continue baking 30 minutes or until shells are golden brown.
    Make a slit in side, cool and fill with filling.
