Zucchini Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. soft oleo or butter
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Cream together oleo, butter, oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla, then add flour, cocoa, baking soda and cinnamon.
Add 1/2 cup sour milk and mix with creamed ingredients.
Add 2 cups shredded zucchini and 1 cup chopped nuts.
Pour into lightly greased long cake pan and sprinkle 12 ounce bag of chocolate chips on top. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
