Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
    2 small boxes (frozen) broccoli, thawed and squeezed out
    2 sticks oleo, melted
    1 c. chopped onion
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 c. cottage cheese
Preparation
    Oil pan, 9 x 13-inch.
    Melt oleo and pour over cornbread mix. Add eggs.
    Mix well.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until done.
    Check at 45 minutes.
    I like to use fresh broccoli when I have it.
