Fettuccine With Shrimp And Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 to 4 cloves garlic, minced
    10 oz. broccoli florets
    18 large shrimp, peeled
    1/2 c. white wine
    salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley or fresh basil
    1 lb. fettuccine
Preparation
    In large frying pan, heat olive oil over low heat.
    Add and saute garlic, very careful not to burn.
    Add broccoli and cover; stir occasionally until crisp-tender.
    Raise heat and saute shrimp until pink.
    Add the wine and season with salt, pepper and parsley or basil.
    Cook for about 2 more minutes.
    Add cooked fettuccine and cook over low heat for 2 minutes longer.
    Serves 4 to 6.
