Chocolate Chip Muffin Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) instant French vanilla pudding mix
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. honey
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 c. miniature semisweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine first five ingredients.
    Mix well. Add next five ingredients individually and mix together each time until combined.
    Fold in chocolate chips. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
    Cool for five minutes before removing from pans Makes 1 1/2 dozen.
