Corn And Wild Rice Risotto - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked wild rice
    4 Tbsp. unsalted butter
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1/2 c. diced red bell pepper
    1/2 c. diced yellow bell pepper
    1 1/2 c. corn
    2 c. chicken stock
    1 c. heavy cream
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Melt unsalted butter and saute onion and red and yellow bell peppers.
    Add the corn and rice and then the cream.
    Stir well. Cook down a bit until slightly thickened.
    Add the Parmesan and season with salt and pepper just before serving.
