Baked Squash(Serves 6-8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs. yellow summer squash
    1/2 cup onions chopped
    1/2 cup bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 eggs
    1 stick butter - divided
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Wash and cut up squash.
    Boil until tender, drain and mash. Add all ingredients, except 1/2 butter to the squash.
    Melt remaining butter.
    Pour mixture into 2 quart casserole.
    Top with butter and sprinkle with extra bread crumbs.
    Bake at 375 for one hour.
