Italian Baked Haddock - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large haddock fillets
olive oil
1 large can Italian plum tomatoes
dried basil
garlic powder
salt
pepper
Preparation

Lightly oil fillets and place in baking pan.
With fork, crush together tomatoes and spices and pour over fish.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Cover dish tightly with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour or until fish is flaky.
Serve with fine spaghetti and steamed broccoli.
