Spinach Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz (can adjust to taste)
    3 eggs, well beaten
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. water
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
Preparation
    Saute onion and margarine until golden.
    Add flour and water gradually, stirring constantly until thickened.
    Blend in cheese. Add spinach.
    Fold in eggs until well blended.
    Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, or until knife inserted comes out clean.
    (The mixing is done in skillet; onion is browned in as you are stirring while heat is still on.)
