Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 c. crushed corn flakes, mixed with 1/4 c. melted margarine
Preparation
    Mix thawed potatoes with melted margarine in large bowl.
    Add all other ingredients, mixing well after each addition and pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch or 10 x 15-inch baking dish.
    Cover with additional crushed corn flakes and bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
