Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick oleo, melted
3 (15 oz.) cans hominy
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can mushroom soup
1 small jar jalapeno Cheez Whiz
2 c. Fritos, crumbled

Preparation

Mix first 5 ingredients and place in casserole dish.
Sprinkle Fritos on top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
