Stasia'S Favorite Meat Loaf(Complete Dinner) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef or chuck
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 small onion, chopped fine or 1 tsp. onion powder
    1 c. bread crumbs (can be seasoned, cracker or plain)
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. milk
    2 beaten eggs
    1 tsp. each: salt and pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh celery leaves
    1 can tomato soup in 1/2 c. water (used for gravy)
    4 to 5 potatoes, peeled and cut into halves or quarters
    1 small can peas
Preparation
    Combine meat, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, onion, garlic, parsley and celery leaves.
    Add bread crumbs evenly.
    Add eggs.
    Handle mixture lightly.
    Pat into loaf.
    Place in a greased (Pam sprayed) covered casserole.
    Place meat in center. Bake, uncovered, for first 1/2 hour.
    Then add drained potatoes, all around meat loaf.
    Add tomato soup mixture (gravy) over potatoes and meat.
    Cover and bake about 1 hour more.
    Add drained peas the last 15 minutes.
    Serve with favorite tossed salad or greens.
