Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. pkg. broccoli
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    4 egg yolks
    4 egg whites
Preparation
    Cook broccoli and drain.
    Melt margarine; add flour and salt and cook until bubbly.
    Add milk and cook until thick.
    Add nutmeg, lemon juice and broccoli.
    Cool slightly and add beaten egg yolks. When broccoli mixture is cool, beat egg whites until stiff and fold in.
    Pour in greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Place in pan of hot water and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
