Oven Barbecued Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. catsup
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. wine vinegar
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    2 lb. chuck steak, cut 1/2-inch thick
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except steak, salt and pepper, in saucepan.
    Bring to a boil, then simmer for 5 minutes over low heat.
    Keep sauce hot.
    Cut steak into serving size pieces; season generously with garlic, salt and pepper.
    Place pieces in casserole or baking dish.
    Pour hot sauce over steak.
    Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for about 1 1/2 hours, or until fork-tender.
    Garnish with bell pepper rings, if desired.
    Makes 4 to 5 servings.
