No Peep Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean meat
    1 c. Irish potatoes
    1 c. onions
    1 c. celery
    1 c. carrots
    2 (10 oz.) cans Snap-E Tom tomato cocktail or 4 (6 oz.) spicy tomato juice (V-8)
    4 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in large pot. Stir well. Cover and bake 4 hours at 250\u00b0 and please do not open oven until 4 hours have passed by. May have more vegetables than what is called for.
