Chocolate Egg Nog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. milk
    4 eggs, separated
    14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
    1/3 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 tsp. brandy extract
    1 tsp. rum extract
    1/4 tsp. salt
    grated chocolate
Preparation
    In blender, combine 1 cup milk, egg yolks, cocoa, sweetened milk, vanilla and salt. Cover and blend on high 30 seconds. Pour into large mixing bowl. Stir in remaining 3 cups milk and extracts.
    Blend well. Beat egg whites until peaks form.
    Gently fold into milk mixture. Chill thoroughly. Stir well before serving. Sprinkle with grated chocolate.
    Makes 3 (8 ounce) servings.
