Hot Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. green pepper, finely ground
    1/4 c. hot red or green chili pepper, finely ground
    1 (6 oz.) bottle Certo
    1 1/4 c. apple vinegar
    6 1/2 c. sugar
    few drops green food coloring
Preparation
    Combine pepper, vinegar and sugar. Bring to rolling boil.
    Add Certo and bring back to boil.
    Boil 3 to 4 minutes.
    Add food coloring.
    Take off stove and stir several minutes.
    Strain, pour into jars and seal.
    Serve with meat or on crackers with cream cheese.
