Pan Brownies - cooking recipe

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 sticks margarine
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
1/2 c. buttermilk or 1/2 c. milk with 2 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Grease and flour a large cookie sheet with sides.
Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Sift flour and sugar together in a large bowl.
In a 2-quart saucepan, melt margarine, cocoa and water.
Bring to a rapid boil.
Pour over flour and sugar mix. Add buttermilk with soda.
Mix. Add eggs and vanilla.
Mix and pour into prepared cookie sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes.
