Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can French-style green beans, drained
    1 can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 stick butter, melted
Preparation
    Fry onion in small amount oil until
    translucent. Drain. Add drained green beans and corn. Mix together. Mix soup and sour cream and add to vegetable mixture. Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch casserole. Top with cheese, then crushed cracker crumbs. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
