Salmon-Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. tub margarine
    1 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 c. skim milk
    3 fresh tomatoes, chopped
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed
    1 (6 3/4 oz.) can salmon, drained and flaked
    2 Tbsp. fine, dry bread crumbs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Melt margarine in saucepan.
    Blend in flour, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
    Add milk and bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Add tomatoes and lemon juice and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
    Arrange broccoli on bottom of casserole.
    Cover with salmon and top with sauce.
