Our Favorite Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Crisco
    2 sticks Blue Bonnet margarine
    3 1/2 c. flour
    5 large eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Thoroughly mix the first 3 ingredients.
    Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well, then add vanilla.
    Add flour, baking powder and milk, alternately.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours for pound cake or until done for a 3-layer cake.
