Ingredients

8 c. white vinegar
8 c. water
1 c. salt
okra
dill seed
garlic cloves
Preparation

Boil vinegar, water and salt for 10 minutes.
Pack okra in clean jars with 1 teaspoon dill seed and 1 clove garlic for each jar.
Bring vinegar mixture to a boil and pour over okra.
Seal jars.
After 3 weeks, the okra is ready to eat.
