Yorkshire Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour (all-purpose)
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add milk and salt.
    Fold in flour.
    Hand whip until batter is smooth.
    Pour into well-greased muffin pans, about 1/2 full.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until a golden brown.
