Neil'S Cinnamon Shortbread(Makes 1 Cookie Sheet Pan, 12 X 16) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 sticks unsalted butter (soft)
1 c. superfine granulated sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
4 c. all-purpose flour
cinnamon sugar topping

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0. Blend together butter, sugar, vanilla and salt in a bowl using fork until combined well. Sift flour into butter mixture and blend until it becomes a soft dough.
