Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. lime juice (fresh or concentrate)
1 baked pastry shell
4 egg yolks
1 egg white, stiffly beaten
meringue
Preparation

Beat 1 egg white until stiff.
Fold into condensed milk, egg yolks and lime juice.
Put lime mixture into baked pastry shell. Top lime mixture with meringue.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 15 minutes until egg whites are golden brown.
