Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 lb. can pumpkin (2 c.)
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1 2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
Preparation

Heat oven at 400\u00b0.
Mix ingredients in order given.
Pour into unbaked pastry shell.
Bake in hot oven at 400\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between the center and the edge of the filling comes out clean.
