Red Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 small onion, grated
    3 dashes onion, garlic and celery salt
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    8 Tbsp. cooking sherry
    1 Tbsp. Accent
    1 large jar dried beef, chopped
Preparation
    Mix with electric beater in a large bowl the cheeses, sherry, Worcestershire sauce, onion, Accent and salts until thoroughly blended.
    Shape into ball; wrap in foil.
    Refrigerate overnight. Shape ball with hands, then roll in dried beef.
    Serve with crackers or party rye.
