Sweet-Sour Beef 'N Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. oatmeal
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 medium cabbage head
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of black pepper
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Cook meat, onion, celery and pepper until brown; drain off fat.
    Sprinkle oats, parsley, first salt, garlic and pepper over meat mixture.
    Core cabbage; cut into wedges and place on meat. Mix remaining ingredients together in a bowl; pour over cabbage and meat.
    Cover and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes, or until cabbage is tender.
    Serve at once.
