Bill'S Tangy Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 lb. roast
    1 can beer
    soy sauce
    barbecue sauce
    catsup
    spicy mustard
Preparation
    Make a bowl out of aluminum foil.
    Leave enough that can be folded together to cover roast.
    Place roast in aluminum foil. Pour beer over roast and fold aluminum foil to cover.
    Place roast in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Cook as usual.
    Mix barbecue sauce, catsup, mustard and soy sauce together to your own taste.
    Pour over roast during last hour of cooking.
    Tastes great cooked over the grill.
