Orange Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 orange
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. sour milk
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. nutmeats
Preparation
    Squeeze juice from orange and save it for glaze.
    Grind the rest of the orange and raisins.
    Cream brown sugar and shortening. Add eggs, milk, flour, soda, vanilla, nutmeats and ground orange and raisins.
    Bake about 30 minutes at 375\u00b0 or until test done. As soon as baked, pour glaze over cake and return to oven for a few minutes.
