Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/4 c. vegetable shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 lb. butter or margarine
    5 to 6 Tbsp. cold water
    2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Cut butter in 1/2-inch cubes.
    Place butter, shortening and flour in bowl.
    With your hands, rub together to pea size. Dissolve salt and sugar in water and add to flour mixture, one tablespoon at a time.
    Add up to 1 tablespoon more to gather into a ball, if necessary.
    Give final blending of fat and flour by kneading.
