Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (32 oz.) frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1 can cream of potato soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 (12 oz.) pkg. American cheese, grated
Preparation

Place hash brown potatoes in large, flat (about 9 x 12-inch) baking dish.
Mix next 6 ingredients and pour on top of potatoes. Top with bread crumbs, mixed with 1/4 cup oleo.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
