Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. raw cleaned shrimp
    1 c. diced ham
    1 c. diced smoked sausage
    1 c. diced hot links
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/4 c. green pepper
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    salt and cayenne pepper
    1/4 c. celery
    2 c. canned tomatoes, chopped and drained (save liquid)
    3 c. rice
    3 bay leaves
    1 c. water plus tomato liquid
Preparation
    Saute onions, green pepper, celery and garlic in butter.
    Add shrimp and meats, about 5 minutes.
    Stir in tomatoes and cook 10 minutes.
    Stir in rice and seasonings and liquids.
    Bring to a boil, cover and simmer until rice is done, about 20 to 30 minutes.
