Tomato Curry Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 stick butter
    2 tsp. curry powder
    28 oz. can tomatoes
    2 (14 oz.) cans chicken broth
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. chives
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter until transparent.
    Add in curry powder, stirring over low heat for a few minutes to blend flavors.
    Add tomatoes and chicken stock.
    Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer about 15 to 20 minutes.
