Gingered Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    2 Tbsp. candied ginger, snipped
    1/4 c. honey
    2 c. pineapple chunks
Preparation
    Drain pineapple and set aside in refrigerator to chill. Combine sour cream, honey and candied ginger.
    Chill.
    Spoon over chilled and drained pineapple chunks in individual serving dishes. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
    A nice dessert.
