Parsleyed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. new potatoes (1-inch size) or any peeled potatoes, cut in 1-inch cubes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. dry, crumbled parsley flakes (leaves)
    2 qt. water
Preparation
    Put cold water in large pot.
    Add salt and potatoes.
    Bring to boil and lower heat.
    Simmer until tender but not cracking or crumbling.
    Drain potatoes.
    Add margarine and parsley flakes and toss until evenly coated.
    Serve hot.
    Makes 4 servings.
