Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked squash
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    8 oz. pkg. Pepperidge Farm corn bread mix
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion.
    Drain.
    Melt margarine in casserole dish.
    Cover bottom with corn bread mix.
    Save some to sprinkle on top of casserole.
    Mix remainder of corn bread mix with rest of ingredients.
    Sprinkle top with corn bread mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until brown on top.
