Mandarin Orange Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. orange Jell-O
    1 c. boiling water
    1 small can frozen orange juice
    1 box vanilla wafers
    1 pt. vanilla ice cream
    1 can mandarin oranges
    whipped cream to top
    tinted coconut to top
Preparation
    Mix Jell-O, boiling water and juice until wiggly.
    Beat with electric beater and add 1 pint vanilla ice cream.
    Fold in mandarin oranges that have been drained.
    Line a medium cake pan with whole vanilla wafers.
    Pour mix on top.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Serve with whipped cream and tinted coconut.
