Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or Crisco
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp soda
3 large, ripe bananas, crushed
1/2 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar, add eggs, then flour and soda (sifted together).
Add bananas and nuts.
Place in greased loaf pan (sprayed with Pam).
Bake in 325 degree oven about 55 minutes. It's simple and easy and freezes well.
